Jingle Contest

50k plat to the First Place Winner!
30k plat to the Second Place Winner!
20k plat to the Third Place Winner!

Create 6 "Snappy Jingles" in three Categories--Two per Category; may be directed to a Male or Female Player: (keep it Legendary!)

Categories:
Food - Something relating to a significant Tradeskill Stat Food Item, i.e., Planar Donuts, Alaran Appetizer Platter

Drink - Something relating to a significant Tradeskill Stat Drink Item, i.e., Tea of the Shard, Merchants Brew

Atmosphere: - Something relating to a miscellaneous item that would go with a food/drink item, i.e., Corn Rose, Wax Flower, A Collectible, etc.

Rules of the Contest (the fine print):
All entries must include Two Jingles related to Food, Two Jingles related to a Drink, Two Jingles related to something that might complement a Food or Drink item. Ideally Jingles should be approximately 25 characters or 2 lines. NO TRADE Items may not be referenced in the Jingle; all items must be a tradeable item.

Multiple entries are accepted, but only one winning entry per Place; that is, One First Place, One Second Place, One Third Place winner. Multiple-Entry Winners will get Honorable Mentions! Who knows what that might be!

Invite your friends to Enter the Jingle Contest (make sure they include your name in their entry.) Registration to the COL and/or Guildlaunch Web site may be necessary.

Send your entry as a Private Message to: Pekuokole.

The entries will be posted to The Judging Panel. The names of the Judging Panel will be posted shortly... after the names are determined! When the Judges determine the winners, including Honorable Mentions, all entries will be posted to the General Membership. The GL has the sole power to overrule, or confirm the decisions of the Judging Panel.

Contest ends in 10 days from date of this posting, on Friday, August 16, 2013. Winners will be announced LIVE at Raid on Saturday, August 17, and then posted to the forums after the Raid.

Rules may be clarified at the discretion of the Promoter (Peku) or the Officers, in order to make sure all have an equal chance of winning! Grammatical or typographical errors will not necessarily disqualify your entry, unless the entry is incoherent.

All ideas on other Cool, Nifty events to involve the Guild, the Server, and to promote Recruitment and Good Will are welcome! We welcome your ideas for keeping COL the Best Guild on the Server!
