Looking for Ench with all 8 Imbue PoP spells

Apparently, for my Epic 1.5, I need 8 items created with Imbue: XYZ spells
I have no idea if these spells are easy to get now, but they used to be player created using PoP drops, IIRC.
Does anyone have an enchanter with all 8 of these spells?
I should have the materials soon (tm), time permitting.

Imbue: Valor
Storm
Justice
Disease
Air
Water
Fire
Earth
